3. WILL YOU IMPOSE ANY TRANSACTION FEE?
No, we don’t. There is no any transaction fee even if you choose not to sell your car to us. Our service is F.O.C (FREE OF CHARGE)
4. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY CAR IS NOT FOUND IN YOUR WEBSITE?

5. IF MY COMPANY GOING TO DISPOSE OFF A NUMBER OF VEHICLES IN ONE TIME, CAN YOU BUY THEM?

6. MY CAR ISN’T RUNNING, WILL YOU BUY IT?
Unfortunately not.
7. WHAT IF MY CAR STILL CHARGED WITH BANK, WILL YOU BUY IT?
Yes, we will purchase your car. If your car worth more than you owe, we will settle the outstanding amount with your bank or finance company on the same day when you sell your car to us and we will pay you the balance thereafter. Vice versa, if the outstanding balance is higher than the offered price, you are required to pay the difference to the bank.
8. WHAT DOCUMENT DO I NEED TO SELL MY CAR?
If the car is registered under individual name, you need to get ready with the original car registration card and a photocopy of identity card of the owner.
9. CAN I SELL THE CAR ON BEHALF OF A COMPANY?
Yes. You are required to bring along the following documents to us:
- A copy of car registration card
- A copy of business registration certificate (Form B & Form D or Form 9,49)
- A copy of identity card of the company’s director
- Director’s resolution letter to confirm the company agrees to dispose off the car.
10. CAN I SELL A CAR ON BEHALF OF A FAMILY MEMBER?
No Sorry, You cannot sell on behalf of anyone.
11. CAN I SELL A CAR FOR A DECEASED FAMILY MEMBER?
No unless the ownership of the car has been successfully transferred to you.
12. HOW CAN I PROTECT MYSELF AGAINST ANY TRAFFIC SUMMONS AFTER MY CAR SOLD TO EZSELLCAR.MY?
Upon the car collection, we will issue a copy of the vehicle ownership transfer document to you to prove that we have completed the transfer process with JPJ. You will not be liable to any traffic summons after the day you sold your car to us.
13. HOW FAST CAN I GET THE MONEY FROM MY CAR SOLD?
‘INSTANTLY’. The answer is almost certain. You receive payment on the spot once the deal is agreed. You may choose for CASH or Cheque if you want. At EZsellcar.my, we aim to save your time from the needlessly procedures or paper works involved compare to others.
14. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE IF I SELL MY CAR TO NEW CAR DEALER INSTEAD?
You may sometimes get slightly higher offer from the new car dealer for your car. What enables them to pay you more? It’s certainly the rebates on your new car purchased. They are utilizing your new car rebates to pay you back on your trade-in car. This will result in less or no-rebate for your new car. Thus, we advise you to sell your car directly to us without affecting your new car rebates then.
